The charming interior of the hotel captured my attention right away. Being just steps from the Joan of Arc Museum was fantastic. It made exploring the medieval town so easy. I loved the tea and coffee facilities in my room. having that convenience was a nice touch. The breakfast options were diverse, although it felt a bit steep at €30 for two. I found the scrambled eggs’ flavor a bit different than expected, but the croissant was delightful. Room size was an issue. it felt quite cramped for my needs. On the positive side, the staff were super helpful, providing good service. I also appreciated the interior courtyard. it’s a lovely spot to relax. Overall, it’s a quirky hotel with character but needs a little room management for comfort.

If you're a pizza lover, don't miss the local gems like Dame Cakes and Les Petits Bijoux – they're just a stone's throw away! Also, the main courtyard offers a lovely respite, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Plus, the staff at reception were top-notch, making your stay feel like a warm welcome home.
While the location is unbeatable, the ‘double room’ I stayed in was a tight fit. There was hardly any space to spread out my stuff, and the shower curtain didn't quite do its job – flooding issues were a little annoying. The decor was a bit of a mixed bag too, showing signs of wear. The Wi-Fi system felt a bit chaotic. signing in every few hours was a hassle.

The charming décor had a cozy feel that added a unique warmth to the space, making it feel like home. The little touches like the cat in reception provided a whimsical vibe that enhanced the overall character of the place.
Room sizes were tight. the double room felt cramped for two, lacking adequate space to spread out gear. The shower curtain system could use a redesign to prevent flooding in the bathroom area. Decor showed signs of age, and some furniture appeared mismatched and outdated, suggesting the need for a facelift. Wi-Fi access was frustratingly insecure, requiring frequent logins that interrupted connectivity during a stay.

We loved the charming location, just a short walk to the stunning Cathedral and various shops. With four teenagers, having the rooms close together was a huge plus. The staff was friendly, and it was great to find affordable parking nearby.
My kids wished there were more activities available for teenagers.

The location offers close proximity to a stunning cathedral and vibrant dining options. Rooms maintain a charming, vintage vibe, though they can feel cramped for larger families. Breakfast provides a delightful array. however, the lack of hot water available for tea was a minor inconvenience. Enjoying meals at a nearby creperie was a highlight, enhancing our culinary experience.

great stay with a couple of minor quirks
The room was delightful with plenty of light streaming in from large windows. The bathroom was spacious and well-equipped, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. Breakfast was a highlight, served in a beautifully designed space that felt inviting. I also appreciated the hotel's close proximity to shops and famous sights, making exploring the area a breeze.
While the overall experience was good, a few more amenities for families could enhance the stay.

I had a lovely time here, especially enjoying the cozy croissant the staff gave me as I rushed out one morning. The sun terrace offered a perfect place to sip coffee, while the charming garden area was lovely for unwinding. The bathroom could use a little freshening up, but it was clean and served its purpose just fine. 😊
